About Theeles

We made the resources
we wanted to find

Theeles publishes guided digital workbooks and printables for wellness, fitness, parenting, kids’ learning and personal growth. Each one is built with a practitioner who works in that field, written in plain English, and made to be printed and written on rather than skimmed once.

Our standards

It would be easy to promise more. Wellness is a category full of confident claims, and the confident version sells better. We would rather tell you what a workbook does, what it does not do, and where you would be better served by a qualified practitioner. Our resources are educational and reflective — they do not replace therapy, medical care or personalised professional advice, and we say so on every product page rather than burying it in the footer.

The questions people actually ask

What we are, what we are not, and how we decide what to publish.

Who is behind Theeles?

A small team based in New Delhi, working with a wider group of practitioners across the five categories we publish in. We are deliberately small: it means every workbook gets read properly before it goes out, and it means you are talking to someone who worked on the thing when you message us.

What does “built with experts” actually mean?

Something specific rather than a badge. For each resource we work with a practitioner qualified in that field — wellness, movement, family support, early years education or counselling. They review the structure and the wording before publication, flag anything that overreaches, and tell us where a reader should be seeing a professional instead of reading a PDF. If a workbook cannot pass that review, it does not get published.

Why printables rather than an app?

Because paper does not notify you, does not reset your streak, and does not need a login on the evening you are least able to deal with one. Writing by hand also slows you down in a way that suits reflection. And a file you have downloaded is genuinely yours — it still works if we raise our prices, change our minds, or disappear.

How do you decide what to make next?

Mostly from what people tell us they are stuck on. If several people describe the same difficulty and we can find a practitioner willing to shape a resource around it properly, that becomes the next workbook. If we cannot do it well, we would rather not publish it than pad the catalogue.
