Editorial Standards

These standards explain how Theeles plans, writes, reviews, designs, and updates its PDF workbooks, product descriptions, and journal articles.

Defined purpose and audience

Each resource begins with a specific audience, purpose, intended use, and realistic outcome. We also define what the resource must not claim to do.

Relevant, proportionate research

Research may include reputable books, public guidance, peer-reviewed literature, established professional resources, and credible institutions. The depth of research depends on the topic and the potential consequences of inaccurate guidance. Popularity or social-media repetition is not treated as proof.

Plain, respectful language

We explain unfamiliar ideas, avoid unnecessary jargon, and organize content so readers can understand what to do next. We do not use fear, shame, guaranteed transformation, fabricated testimonials, or unsupported health claims.

Responsible wellbeing content

Wellbeing material remains educational and appropriately limited. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace individualized medical or mental-health support. Urgent or high-risk circumstances should be directed to qualified local services.

Originality and intellectual property

Our publications use original writing and design, licensed assets, or appropriately used source material. Research can inform ideas, but protected expression must not be copied.

Editing and usability checks

Before publication, we review clarity, grammar, internal consistency, responsible claims, page order, writing space, contrast, print behaviour, and practical usability. Product pages should accurately state the file format, page count, intended use, license, and major limitations.

Corrections and updates

We may revise content after finding an error, receiving useful feedback, improving accessibility, or reflecting updated guidance. Material changes may be communicated through an updated file or edition.

Commercial independence

Theeles is a commercial digital publisher and may recommend its own products. Recommendations should remain relevant, and material affiliations should be disclosed where required.

Feedback

Report a possible error, accessibility concern, or unclear claim to theelesdigital@gmail.com. Include the product or page name and the specific issue.
