This website is operated by Theeles. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Theeles. By visiting theeles.com or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Theeles sells downloadable digital workbooks and related digital content. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, formats, page counts, compatibility information, and prices are shown on the applicable product page. You are responsible for confirming that your device can open the stated file format before purchasing.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current and accurate checkout information. Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless the checkout states that they are included. We may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or misuse.

DELIVERY
After successful payment, download access is normally provided on the Thank You or Order Status page and by email. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, an incorrect email address, inbox filtering, service interruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You must not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, upload to file-sharing services, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices, or claim the content as your own.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, text, graphics, product designs, and digital files are owned by or licensed to Theeles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
