Theeles currently sells downloadable PDF workbooks designed for personal reflection, stress awareness, nervous-system regulation, boundaries, and everyday wellbeing.

Are Theeles products physical or digital?

All products currently sold on theeles.com are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee should apply.

How will I receive my purchase?

After successful payment, download access is normally available immediately on the Thank You and Order Status pages. Shopify's Digital Products service also sends a download email to the address entered at checkout.

I did not receive the download. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, then return to your Order Status page. Confirm that the email used at checkout is correct. If you still need help, email theelesdigital@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email address. Do not send payment-card details.

What file format will I receive?

The current workbooks are supplied as PDF files. Check the individual product page for the page count, file details, and printing information before purchasing.

Can I print the workbook?

Yes. The workbooks are designed for personal printing. Results can vary with your printer, paper, ink, scale, and colour settings. You may also use the PDF on a compatible device.

Can I edit the PDF?

Only if the product page expressly states that it is editable. The ability to technically alter a PDF does not grant permission to modify, distribute, or resell it.

Can I share or resell my purchase?

No. A standard purchase is licensed to one buyer for personal, non-commercial use. You must not upload, email, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, or resell the file. See our Digital Product License.

Do you offer refunds?

Because access is provided immediately, digital purchases are generally final after delivery. We review duplicate charges, corrupted or incorrect files, and access problems that we cannot resolve. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. See our Refund Policy.

Are the workbooks medical or mental-health treatment?

No. They are general educational and self-guided resources. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace individualized care from a qualified professional. See our Wellness Disclaimer.

Can I purchase from another country?

Theeles accepts orders from countries and regions supported by our active Shopify Markets and payment providers. Available currency, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital files are delivered online, so there is no international shipping delay.
