Copyright and Digital Product License

Purchasing a Theeles digital product grants a limited license to use that product. It does not transfer copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual-property ownership.

Personal-use license

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, one purchase grants one individual a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Printing and personal copies

You may save the file on your own devices and print a reasonable number of copies for your personal use. You may not print or reproduce copies for resale, public distribution, unrelated households, clients, groups, organizations, or commercial programs.

What is not permitted

  • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or giving away the file or a modified version.
  • Uploading the file to public websites, shared drives, social groups, marketplaces, learning platforms, or membership libraries.
  • Using the content as private-label, resale-rights, commercial-use, or template-library material.
  • Copying substantial text, prompts, worksheets, layouts, or design elements into another product.
  • Removing ownership notices or claiming authorship.
  • Using the product to build or train a competing commercial product, dataset, template library, or generative-AI system.

Personal modifications

If your software permits annotations or personal edits, you may modify the file for your own licensed use. A modified copy remains subject to this license and must not be sold, shared, or distributed.

Refunds and termination

If an order is refunded, reversed, cancelled, or obtained fraudulently, the license ends and all saved and printed copies must be deleted or destroyed. We may restrict access for material misuse while preserving rights required by law.

Worldwide application

This license applies to purchases from any supported country or region. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
