When “How are you feeling?” is hard to answer, a blank face to draw on or a colour to choose can be a gentler place to start. This 57-page downloadable workbook gives children and a supportive adult room to notice feelings, make art, and talk at their own pace. There is no perfect picture to make and no right feeling to have.

What children can explore

  • Find words for feelings: draw expressions, colour illustrated faces, and use an emotions wheel.
  • Make room for their own voice: write notes to self, fold a positive-affirmations chatterbox, and draw or write in a worry jar.
  • Notice what they can influence: sort what is or is not in their control.
  • Try a small pause: trace a breathing star, or colour a gratitude heart together.

Make it your own

Start with whichever page feels welcoming. Let the child choose colours and decide whether they want to talk about what they made. An adult can read prompts aloud, listen without pressing for an explanation, and supervise any cutting or craft materials.

Choose your edition

Select Digital or Printable and the size that fits your plans: A4, A5, US Letter, an A4 + A5 bundle, or the all-three-size bundle. This is a digital PDF workbook, not a physical item. The activities are designed for drawing, colouring, writing, and printing; the PDF is not an interactive form.

A thoughtful note for grown-ups

Pages range from simple colouring to more sensitive topics, including worry and loss. Preview each activity and choose what suits the child; skip any prompt that feels uncomfortable. This is a creative educational resource for use with a supportive adult—not art therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a replacement for qualified care.

Nothing is shipped. Theeles sells digital files only. There is no physical item, no postage, and no delivery address required.

Refunds. A downloaded file cannot be returned, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. That is exactly why the page count and full contents are listed on this page — we would rather you knew what you were buying. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what this page described, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full.

How you may use it. Your purchase covers personal use: print it as often as you like, for yourself and your household, for as long as you like. It may not be resold, shared as a file, or handed out to clients, classes or staff. If you want to use a workbook with the people you work with, message us and we will arrange a licence that fits.
